The Government Servants Trust for Education and Research, Vadodara, registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 and the Mumbai Trust Act of 1950, is dedicated to serving the public interest through a variety of inclusive initiatives. Established on March 5, 2005 (Registration Number F/1700/Vadodara), the Trust is committed to promoting the welfare and development of society without any discrimination based on caste, race, religion, or gender.

Aims of the Trust

The Trust's core mission is to enhance the spiritual, physical, and educational well-being of the community. It seeks to address societal challenges and foster an environment of learning, wellness, and support for all individuals, especially those in need.

Objectives of the Trust

1. Promotion of Yoga and Wellness

  • Yoga Vidya: To disseminate knowledge and practice of yoga for spiritual and physical wellness among the public. This includes organizing educational activities to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga.
  • Medicinal Activities: To provide medical services and promote activities aimed at improving the physical health of the public.

2. Support and Assistance

  • Collaboration with Agencies: To seek assistance from government and private agencies to support and expand the Trust's activities, and to inform the public about available assistance programs.

3. Women's Welfare

  • Support for Women: To implement programs specifically designed to address the issues faced by women, providing them with necessary support and resources.

This includes establishing libraries, sports facilities, nurseries, anganwadis, bal mandirs, and educational institutions from primary schools to colleges.
